Join us the first Saturday of every month to connect with community and relax and rejuvenate to the healing sounds of crystalline music. We will start each session with some light movement (no yoga experience required!) to loosen up the body making it easier to rest and relax. Then you will be guided through some gentle breathing practices and meditation to ease you into a restful state to receive the healing frequencies of the crystal signing bowls. We provide mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows, though you are welcome to bring anything you’d like to make yourself extra comfy and cozy! Water is provided and all are welcome to stay for tea to relax and integrate afterwards also.

All ages are welcome, and if you do not wish to lay on the floor, there are some seating and elevated reclining options as well (please let me know in advance so I may set up appropriately). It is reccommended that you reserve your spot (and for friends too!) online in advance as spaces are limited and fill up quickly! (You don’t need to pay in advance so you can always cancel later if plans change).

Also, don’t worry if you’re a little late. We may lock the door, but you can always call or knock if you arrive late as we run our sound baths on a relaxed schedule with time included to make sure everyone is settled and comfortable.
