Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. "Late-Notice" fee is half the price of the booked treatment and "No-Show" fee is full price of the scheduled service. Fees will be charged to the card used to book. If a card is unable to be charged, the fee is due before or at the time of the next service with no further services being rendered until payment is received. Exceptions will be made for emergency situations only and at the therapist's discretion.
