Cancelation Policy

It is required to give at least 24 hours advance notice if you are unable to make your appointment so that they may reschedule that time for another client. A fee will be charged of half the price of the treatment for less than 24 hours notice, and full-price of the treatment for a "no-show". This will be charged to the card used to book. If we are unable to charge the card, the cost of the "late-notice" or "no-show" fee will be due before or at the time of the next service with no further services being rendered until payment is received. If you are using a gift certificate or Groupon, your voucher will be redeemed in the event of either late-cancellation or no-show. If the voucher is unable to be redeemed, the above conditions will apply. Exceptions will be made for emergency situations only and at the therapist's discretion.
